Metabolix LTD trading as The MAD Academy (“MADA”) invests substantially in rider-performance research, programme development, software, training methodology, nutrition systems, race-preparation systems, data analysis, design and brand assets.

 

The MAD Hyper_Formance Programme, including its software, source code, architecture, rules engines, programming logic, assessment methods, training models, progression systems, nutrition calculations, meal-planning systems, race-weekend preparation methods, data models, databases, user interfaces, written content, designs, graphics, icons, images, video, logos, names and trade dress, is owned by or licensed to Metabolix LTD and is protected by copyright, database right, trade secret, trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws.

MADA’s underlying methodologies, rules, programming logic, performance models, datasets and implementation methods constitute proprietary know-how. Certain elements are maintained confidentially and may be protected as trade secrets.

The MAD Academy, MADA Hyper_Formance and associated names, logos and brand assets are proprietary to Metabolix LTD. No licence or right to use any MADA name, logo, trade name, programme name or other brand asset is granted without prior written permission.

All content made available through this website and the MADA Hyper_Formance Programme may not be copied, reproduced, extracted, modified, distributed, republished, reverse engineered, commercially exploited, incorporated into another product or service, or used to develop or train a competing system without prior written permission, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

Nothing on this website or within the MADA Hyper_Formance Programme grants any licence or other right in MAD’s intellectual property except where expressly agreed in writing.
